I first discovered mindfulness as a teenager to deal with my own mental health. I wasn't familiar with the concept at the time but found awareness around what worked to regulate my own anxiety. Little did I know that what I was discovering was indeed informal mindfulness—building little moments of awareness, creating gaps in thinking and anchoring to the present. In my 20s I went on to take part in an 8-week mindfulness course and started my own journey of meditation practice.
I graduated as a teacher in June 2023 from the Irish Mindfulness Academy, mentored by Carmel Farnan, teaching MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979. This programme makes meditation practice more tangible by extracting the neuroscience within meditation and demonstrating what exactly is happening to the mind during these practices.
To date I have ran courses, workshops and also facilitate one-to-one sessions using mindfulness, guided meditation and breathwork. If you have never practised mindfulness before, I offer a free consultation over video call, over the phone, or just shoot me an email and I will get back to you.

Every journey is unique, and I'll tailor our work together to support your specific needs.
Session Duration: 1:1 sessions are 60 minutes. Group classes run for 75 minutes including a short break and time for questions.
